Rajesh Kumar Shakya, is the three times winner of the Best Entrepreneur in Information Technology Award under the Boss Top 10 Business Excellence awards in Nepal. He is an Entrepreneur, Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Consultant for many business, e-Governance and IT projects and visiting faculty for various Universities and colleges.

He holds Masters degree in Computer Engineering (with honors) and stood Fourth position in S.L.C. Board Examination.

He has excelled himself in the design, project management and implementation of e-Business and e-Government Solutions, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Enterprise Knowledge Management, Content Management Solutions and Collaboration solutions using Open Source and Closed Source Platforms. Currently he serves as the Reengineering Specialist in Asian Development Bank (ADB -TA 4833) and the Chairman of Hitechvalley iNet Pvt. Ltd.- an ISO 9001:2000 certified Software development company, which provides offshore software development services to the companies in USA, Cananda, UK, Denmark, Japan and Belgium.
